- If the order has not yet been dispatched, it may be cancelled upon request.
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

- Refund processing time: 5–7 working days.
- For prepaid orders, the refund will be issued after cancellation confirmation.
5. Orders Already Shipped
If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible. In such cases, customers may refer to our Refund Policy for return or replacement eligibility.
