FriendzzWorld provides limited warranty only on selected products if explicitly mentioned on the product page. If no warranty is mentioned on the product page, the product will be considered as sold without warranty.

2. Warranty Eligibility

The warranty will be applicable only if the following conditions are met:

• The product is defective on arrival
• The product has not been physically damaged by the customer
• The product has not been installed, used, or altered improperly
• The issue is reported within the warranty period mentioned on the product page
• An unboxing video is available as proof

3. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty will not apply in the following situations:

• Physical or liquid damage
• Damage caused by improper installation
• Products without original packaging
• Products without valid proof of purchase

4. Warranty Claim Process

• Product images or video showing the issue
• Unboxing video (mandatory)

7. Shipping for Warranty Claims

• Customers may be required to ship the product back for inspection.
• Return shipping charges may be applicable depending on the case.
• FriendzzWorld is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.
