• Estimated delivery time: 3–7 working days, depending on the delivery location.
• Remote or non-serviceable areas may take additional time.
• Delivery timelines are approximate and not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.
• In some cases, free shipping may be offered on select products or order values.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is shipped.

5. Address & Delivery Responsibility

• Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
• FriendzzWorld is not responsible for delivery failure due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
• If a package is returned due to incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

6. Tracking Information

• Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS.
• Customers can track their shipment using the courier partner’s tracking link.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

• If the package appears damaged at the time of delivery, customers are advised to record an unboxing video before opening.
• Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Currently, FriendzzWorld ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
