Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

• Wrong product delivered
• Product received damaged during transit
• Product is defective on arrival

⚠️ Unboxing video is mandatory for any return, refund, or replacement request.

2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of mobile spare parts, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products that are used, installed, or tested
• Products damaged after delivery
• Products without original packaging
• Products without unboxing video proof
• Change of mind or ordered by mistake

3. Return Request Process

• Customers must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery
• Requests raised after 48 hours will not be accepted
• Return requests must be sent via email

• Order ID
• Clear images or videos of the product
• Unboxing video (mandatory)

4. Inspection & Approval

• All returned products are subject to inspection by our quality team
• Approval or rejection will be communicated within 3–5 working days
• FriendzzWorld reserves the right to accept or reject any return request

5. Refund Method

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method only
• Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after approval
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

6. Replacement Policy

• Replacement will be issued only after the returned product passes inspection
• If the same product is unavailable, a refund may be processed instead

7. Shipping for Returns

• Return shipping charges will be borne by the customer unless the issue is due to an error from FriendzzWorld
• We are not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping

8. Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

9. Final Decision

All decisions made by FriendzzWorld regarding returns, refunds, and replacements shall be final and binding.
